Oct 21, 2010 · Openned two trouble tickets( now, since tthey decidied to close the first). I have, no less than two but sometimes up to three bars on my phone. The phone doesn't indicate there is no service. However, I can't consistantly make or receive calls and send or receive text messages. It's not just my phone either. Through this feature, all the calls from unknown numbers become silent and get transformed into voice mail. To turn this feature off, go to. Settings and then the Phone section.
